Journey of Self Agency

The path of self-agency is the path of awareness, compassion and personal growth in service of your true, authentic self, inspired by intention, remembrance, courage, action and self-responsibility.

The Journey

The path of awareness is a path of intention, remembrance, courage and action. A process of creation that upholds who you are, fully alive and grounded in your humanity and essence.

With reverence for the gift of life, it is a path that invites you to reconnect to the truth and stillness of your being as a guide for how you show up in the world in the midst of worldly action, in service of all.

When guided by our essence, deep listening and conscious choice evolve naturally. Vitality and presence are awakened. We become aligned in thought, word and deed. Calmness, openness, goodness and trust emerge, marked by certainty.

Compassionately present, patiently witnessing.

How we choose to exercise this response ability lies at the core of our healing, transformation and self-agency. It also lies at the core of the healing of our world.

The services offered through Still in Motion are opportunities to increase your responsibility – your ability to respond in the present moment to whatever is happening from a place of truth, honestly, ease and joy.

To fully embrace your true self in each moment, in all the flavours and qualities of your embodiment, with reverence and non attachment, is the foundation for seeing clearly and living authentically.

You belong because you are here. You thrive because you are designed to thrive and blossom. This is what it means to be in service of your gift of life.

Fully ALIVE. Why?

Because there is only one you. The whole is completed with and by you.

The body is always in motion. Blood, breath, heart, assimilation, elimination.

The body-mind is constantly thinking, responding, reacting, getting things done ... often relentless.

Yet, no matter how insistent, it really is not about getting things done.

What would it feel like to linger as you get things done?

To be present to yourself and what is around you as you get things done?

When we slow down to linger and pause, we create space for life, rather than constriction.

Being and doing get to co-exist, inviting more creativity, enjoyment, ease and curiosity.

There is a quality of being with oneself, which opens us up to something that just might contain a little magic...

How are you relating?

To whom? To what?

What is around you?

What is inside you?

What matters to you?

How do you access wisdom and strength?

Are you in thoughts of what has already occurred or in the future of what might yet happen?

Is your body constricted or at ease?

What does it feel like to be pre-occupied? To be present?

What does presence mean to you?

What do you believe about yourself? The world?

What do you feel? What is possible? What do you need?

What do you know to be true for you?

When you lean into stillness, you are leaning into your Self

When you are still and aware, new possibilities emerge. It is a simple truth.

You connect with the deep trust within yourself. It is familiar. A deep knowing.

In this place, be open to what comes.

Here in lies your curiosity, clarity, certainty, courage and creativity. The liberation you seek.

Follow your goodness and the goodness of all. In seriousness and in play.

What is happening right now?

How can you slow it all down to notice? Come home to be yourself? To be with others?

What is possible when you choose to be curious and thoughtful?

How do you open the door to unconditional positive regard towards your self and others, in action?

How can you care about every second of your relationship to your self? To others? To the earth?

How do you put the glass down on the table, or look at another person to see and be with them, open and clear?

How do you show up? How do you self care? How do you serve?

The answers for all your questions come from within
