The Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy process does just that. It is a holistic healing art that combines age old yogic practices with modern therapeutic approaches to physical and spiritual healing. PRYT is a one-on-one client-centered and client-led session consisting of practitioner assisted yoga postures and a dialogue process that is open-ended and non-directive.Â
While life can pull us in many directions, sometimes challenging circumstances arise to remind us to be true to the core of who we are, and to honor what is essential in our lives. Often when not listening, we are nudged gently and sometimes not so gently, to stop and take stock of what is happening right now – in our work, play, family and relationships – all with the intention to help us learn and grow into the right path for our innate potential and wholeness to blossom.Â
Addressing the obvious and the profound, these PRYT sessions assist you to go deeply into what is true and essential for you. Danielle helps you to connect your body and mind to your heart and inner knowing. Clarity emerges as discoveries are uncovered within the larger perspective of how we are being with ourselves and in the world. This journey helps us lead a purposeful, conscious and intentional life with clarity and grace.Â

Meet Danielle Bélec
Danielle BĂ©lec, MA, CMA, C-IAYT, PMA® - CPT, has been a movement specialist and educator for over 30 years. The core of her personal journey and career has been dedicated to exploring the world and Self through the lens of the body.Â
Danielle is a Certified Life and Wellness Coach, master Pilates instructor, Kundalini Yoga Instructor & Teacher-Training, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner (PRYT), Laban Movement Analyst, and creator of Integrated Movement Therapies (IMT)® and the Second Wind Method teacher-training in Pilates and IMT.
