Danielle’s instruction in Pilates, as originated by Joseph Pilates, is a contemporary approach that reflects the diverse areas of influence that have shaped her approach. With years of experience assisting clients to heal and improve their fitness and body wisdom, she guides you through her Pilates-based repertoire, progressing from simple to advanced. All her teaching is adjusted therapeutically to support physical ability, limitations, injury repair and long-term goals.
Private sessions address physical history, posture, alignment, core strength and flexibility, all to improve your ability to move well, without pain.
Through teaching you to work from within, instead of ‘working out’, Danielle not only helps you finally overcome the conundrum of getting fit, but you will experience the extraordinary intelligence of your own body as one of your greatest teachers!
